WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to apply for a refund. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee for all orders above $1000CAD subtotal. All returns are accepted as long as item is in original condition without damages and not subjected to outdoors or unnatural environment. If an item is damaged due to user error or from being used not as intended, the refund request is voided as warranty cannot be claimed. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for the return to Presto Audio. If an item is defective and once confirmed, a full refund will be issued or an exchange if it is available or requested. You may cancel an order within 24hours without the restocking penalty. For custom orders which require building to spec by the manufacturer, once placed refunds are not possible (unless afterwards if item is deemed defective, a refund request can be made). Open box items are final sale (exception applies if defective - see defective policy above). For any other questions, please contact us directly.
