Pros: The Conductor Voyager Max is very powerful and offers good texture and weight behind notes. The DAC is resolving and the whole package presents sound musically with a pitch black background. The fan is perfectly silent.
Cons: the unit runs hot, while not problematically hot; some pops can be heard in music before it finishes heating up so think about turning it on in advance. The remote and volume knob do not feel premium/worthy of this price point, the rest of the unit feels premium.
